讲座嘉宾简介
Andrew Yu is an Associate Professor and the Director of the Doctoral Program for the Department of Management & Marketing at the University of Melbourne, Australia. He received his PhD from Michigan State University, United States. Andrew’s research has covered topics including diversity, leadership and team dynamics, employee well-being, HRM, work-family issues and job performance. He serves as an Associate Editor for Human Resource Management (HRM) and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology (JOOP). He has received awards for both research and teaching excellence in Australia and the United States.
讲座摘要
This workshop series helps research students understand how to develop their own research thinking: how to think like a scholar, use theory, form questions, design studies, position ideas, and prepare for publication. The series gives students the structure and confidence to begin shaping their own research projects.
